BOOM! 💥 This is huge, Nvidia is taking the European Commission to Court over its merger control investigation of the Run:ai deal. That is sure to enflame the Commission and exacerbate tensions with the AI sector, with apparently no immediate benefit for Nvidia (the deal cleared)

As a lawyer, I'm delighted that Nvidia is seeking that legal scrutiny now. The court’s case number is T-15/25, it will take a while before we get any answers, or even hear about admissibility (Court could see the action as moot). Will be one to watch in any case.
