1. Folds too much.
This is especially true in the late positions, where the ranges are widest.
2. Not raise enough OTR.

3. Wrong bet size scheme.
Some boards require you to bet at least twice to fold a better hand.
Then it's worth knowing which size to use on which street to maximize FEQ and minimize risk.

4. Not considering the kicker.
When you bluff catch remember your kicker, it should not block villain bluffs.
5. Not knowing the tendencies of players.
