3/5 😰 Fear, stress, and damage: Respondents expressed their concerns using strong words such as bullying, dehumanising, demoralising, dangerous, destructive, and punitive. The tragic case of Ruth Perry only amplifies these concerns, emphasising the need for change.

4/5 🚫 One Word Judgements: An overwhelming 89% of respondents highlighted the issue of "one word judgments" as the highest concern. This approach to grading is seen as problematic, warranting immediate attention and revision by Ofsted. #OfstedFramework

5/5 🏫 Small schools: Among the key concerns, small schools face unique challenges. Over half of the respondents pointed out that the current framework doesn't align well with child-development phases and school size. It is essential to address this discrimination.
