For over 5000 years, Hindus have venerated the Peepal tree, holding fast to its sacredness despite shifts in iconography. The unique IVSC seal depicts two bulls with horns marked by eight strides, a neck adorned with 13 lines, and features five prominent Peepal leaves accompanied by clusters of smaller ones on three trunks, creating a heavenly emblem. In Hindu-Buddhist stupas, the Bodhi tree is similarly portrayed with trunks in threes, each supporting branches with 5-7 leaves. Across all Hindu sects today, the tradition of honoring the Peepal tree persists through rituals like tying threads and offering water. #Archaeology
