How to practice let go. It is a hard question indeed. We all have something we think it's something need to keep and hold on to.

But what if all this just our addiction, how can we tell? What if all these are just the trick of our mind, how can we tell?

What is essential to us as human. Water. Sunshine. Air. Warmth. And yes, love.

As simple as that. It's modern lifestyle and everything else complicate our world.

I'm not saying we should toss everything else right away, just be aware of what is essential to live, always can help you to live better in peace.
