n 2018, I attended what was probably the best speech Trump gave in his Presidency in Warsaw. I was seated with Polish members of Parliament who actually described themselves as Republicans.

After describing the courage of the Polish people in their revolt of 1944 against Nazi occupation, Trump set out his policy of increasing the deterrent forces of NATO in Poland, the Baltic and Black Seas. [the only MAGA hat in the crowd, WH photo].

Trump understood the threat from Russia - contrary to the media narrative - and actually ordered an attack on the Wagner Group in Syria. Putin did not intimidate him. coffeeordie.com/wagner-group-syria-khasham

When Zelensky sought $250 million in military aid in 2019, amid a political controversy over the phone call, Trump provided it. Same Ukrainian government as today and aid for the same purpose, to resist Russia.

If Trump thought it was important to deter Russia from attacking, it seems clear that assistance to help UKR fight Russians and push them out of their country is the same policy.

Whatever unpredictable turns the partisan political dialogue take now, the policy Trump supported in 2019 is the same one that would call for military aid to UKR today.

So why can't all Trump voters see beyond their hatred for Biden and look at the consensus in NATO and Europe to stop Putin from taking Ukraine? This is not about Biden and has nothing to do with earlier scandals.

Biden's bagman was Poroshenko. The president Zelensky beat with 73% of vote in 2019. Zelensky probably provided half the FBI file on Biden, since Poroshenko & deals were investigated in UKR.
