Core Features
‣ Dynamic validator sets - At epoch boundaries, active validators can leave the network, while validator candidates who meet sufficient stake requirements can join the network (Permissionless)
‣ 95 validators across the globe (Decentralized)
‣ Node operators can leverage a checkpoint to bring up a Full node (quick restore)
‣ Account addresses, object IDs, and transaction IDs have been upgraded from 20 bytes to 32 bytes (prevents hash collisions)
‣ Default hash function Blake2b rather than SHA3
