Typefully is fantastic and way too cheap for what you get.
Weβve tried many alternatives at @framer but nothing beats it. If youβre still tweeting from Twitter youβre wasting time.

IRL events and networking sessions are great ways to get that #Web3 Job!
But here's the catch, you're an #introvert and find this very draining... π΅
5 Networking Tips from our introvert Head of Content @jaimez888. πͺ‘π§΅ππΌ
WHY INTROVERTS STRUGGLE
Introverts are more comfortable with their inner thoughts and ideas.
π You may be an introvert if you:
π Prefer working solo than in groups
π Have few close friends
π Need quiet time to work
π Are reflective and self-aware
If you're at the party and people keep asking "are you okay?" while all the apes are shouting "LFG!!!" you may be an introvert.
To check if you're an introvert, take an MBTI personality test online.
WHY NETWORKING MATTERS
Network > Networth π
If you're serious about your #web3 career, whether as a buildooor or influencoor, you will need networking.
Not just for alpha and early whitelists, but to achieve a couple of things:
π Exchange Ideas
Learn by listening. Whether it's #nft trends or the next 1000x trade of the century, this info can be highly valuable.
π Build your personal brand
Be visible and elevate your profile. No one is going to hire you if they don't know you exist.
π Make connections
Many successful people have utliized their connections to find the next business partner, promotions, or mentor.
π Find hidden opportunities
100x online applications and all rejected? Opportunities exist offline and F2F events allow you to standout.
NETWORKING TIPS
π Set goals before the event.
Ask yourself what you want to achieve :
- Whom do you want to talk to?
- How many potential connections?
- Which industries?
- What kind PFP Holders?
Identifying goals allows you to focus precious time and energy.
π Prepare Questions
Come prepared, you nerd!
Coming w/ stock questions and ideas removes the stress of thinking about them on the spot. You're also most likely prepping these alone, in the comfort of your introvert self.
Sample questions:
- What was your inspiration to do X NFT collection
- Where do you think #crypto is headed in 3 to 5 years?
- What are your thoughts on what speaker X said about Y?
π Focus on small groups
I avoid big crowds and play to my strengths.
This includes 1:1 communicating and building intimate relationships. Focus on at max, groups of 4
It's hard to talk with the music at full blast, it's even harder with people shouting over each other.
π Ask a friend
Bring your friends. If it's an extroverted one, you're in luck. If not, at least you have someone to share the burden with π
Friends can refer you to other contacts in the event, this removes the whole "approach and introduce yourself" phase.
π Network "offline"
Great! You've now followed each other back on Twitter. Now what?
Use the power of tech, dummy! Send a message offline and chat with your new contact.
Introverts excel at writing. This also allows you to message a person when you're alone.
SUMMARY
- Many Introverts have a difficult time tin networking sessions
- Events are an important tool to success in #web3
- Use your introvert strengths to your advantage
