1. Hands-on beginner-friendly learning via @Sololearn. I preferred the mobile app. But you can easily learn on desktop as well.

2. Combination of book + course. I suggest:

Book: Python Crash Course by Eric Matthes
Course: Python for Everyone by @drchuck

3. Work at your own projects. Publish on @github. Also, contribute to open source projects. Add to your resume.

4. For better results, do all three at the same time.
