Many founders skip this step and start right with building. It makes a hell lot of difference when you promise and deliver - you build trust and confidence with your audience.
It is scary but keeps you accountable and makes you legit in front of the world.
๐ Build
Fundamentally a step where you need to be as transparent as possible - share prototypes, WIP screens, your ideas, brainstorm in public, and such.
Do it to establish a tight feedback loop, show you listen and involve the community directly.
๐ Tease
Another step many founders don't focus on. Building hype is important and helps you get more eyeballs + free marketing.
Test with a few friends + share their experiences, build anticipation and excitement around your product, make it exclusive - all help with the hype.
๐ Deliver
At this point, most of your audience is waiting to try what you have built. Tip: Don't spend too much time building or teasing - people have less attention span, so timing is key!
Launch with a bang, activate community to support you, and celebrate the win publicly.

A crucial step to complete the framework - share your lessons, tips that you hacked and tricks you implemented along the journey!
Give equal importance to lowlights and highlights - that separates you from the crowd.
