This thread actually took me a while to compile and I would like to continue adding to it as more information is made readily available.
The purpose of this is to educate new and existing investors of the $AIR business, team and its milestones achieved so far.
🔸 What is it?
Ape in Records ( $AIR ) was developed to help support established & upcoming artists, producers, songwriters along with unsigned hype to help rebalance unfair music label contracts and provide a platform for new talent to get recognised and supported.
Traditional record label deals with artists are infamously unfair with the lion’s share of the proceeds benefiting the label vs the artist.
The team created $AIR to support established artists, producers, and songwriters to rebalance this equation.
They'll provide them with equipment, studio time, along with tour & music video support to ensure they can keep creating.
They'll also help discover and support unsigned hype to help them get the $AIR time they deserve.
The $AIR token itself is an $MRI fork that taxes on buys and sells which is then distributed via the following tokenomics.

Furthermore to above existing tokenomics, $AIR have recently announced, at the the time of writing, that there will be further utility built into the project that will "bring cashflow to the $AIR ecosystem generated for holders... a utility that hasn't done in the crypto space."

Jake is Creative Director and Founder of @clokkemaker.
He has worked with some of the biggest brands, talent and technology platforms around the world alongside founding and raising capital for different start-ups and initiatives.
As well as leading creative direction day to day for @Clokkemaker and its affiliated brands, he sits on a number of advisory boards including technology platform Sphere, US United and is a founding member of The Freedom Project in partnership with House of Mandela.

Julie Nollet, spent more than 10 years in the music industry at a time when it had to reinvent its full model, working in labels such as Capitol Records, EMI, RCA and Columbia.
Julie then moved to the luxury wines & spirits industry at LVMH to work on heritage brands such as Dom Perignon, Ruinart, Moet & Chandon, Krug, and @Hennessy.
Julie is currently the Global CMO of @Hennessy, a brand historically involved in music culture which has cherished and supported artists since it was founded in the late 18th century.
The $AIR team says - "We couldn’t be happier to have Julie on board and we’re beyond grateful for the music and brand culture experience she’ll be able to provide as we build out our long term plans."
