1. Background

Cross-chain communication is the key to unlocking the full potential of blockchain technology and enabling the next generation of the internet, where value and data can flow freely across different networks and platforms.

Siloed blockchain networks are the problem DeFi is facing. Satoshi, in his whitepaper, explained how “walled gardens” limit the potential of the internet by segregating users and their data.

That same concept can be applied to blockchains, as each is isolated from the other

He criticized these systems for being closed off and controlled by a small group of intermediaries.

He argued that a decentralized, peer-to-peer system like Bitcoin would break down these walls and allow for greater access and innovation.

In the context of blockchain, walled gardens refer to the segregation of different blockchain networks, which restrict the flow of value and information between them, limiting the potential for innovation and growth.

Bridges were created to solve this issue.

However, as bridges become the main point of transfer between mega blockchains, they, too, become a central point of vulnerability and a target for hackers.

🌉 50% of all funds lost in 2022 came from exploded bridges!

The root cause for this latest bridge security problem may be “improper trust mechanisms”. Inappropriate trust assumptions go against the decentralized nature of the blockchain.

2. Introduction to Zkrouter & Multichain

ZkRouter enjoys the following advantages:

- Non-trust mechanisms

- Light on-chain computing

- Low latency

- No asset mortgage.

Especially it’s important in the current background, so many security problems have caused huge asset losses.

In particular, zkRouter uses zk to validate the source chain's consensus mechanism, and the proof is checked without trust in the contract on the destination chain.

The main challenge in cross-chain transfers, allegedly, is to securely and reliably transfer the consensus state in a decentralized manner.

Current solutions rely on specific trust facilities, which only partially achieve decentralization and introduce certain vulnerabilities

Recent attacks on cross-chain bridges have highlighted the need for secure cross-chain solutions. A new solution that has been introduced is zkRouter. By @MultichainOrg

Multichain is a leading provider of a cross-chain bridge and general message cross-chain services and has successfully connected 81 public chains with over 800,000 users.

They have succeeded greatly with products such as Router, anyCall and NFT Router.

zkRouter utilizes ZKP technology to securely and efficiently connect multiple blockchain networks and achieve seamless interoperability.

This innovation is extremely valuable for cross-chain interoperability as it allows for transferring assets and information between different blockchains in a trustless, secure and privacy-friendly manner without revealing sensitive information.

Most cross-chain bridges still rely on centralized mechanisms to transmit cross-chain information.

ZKP can eliminate this need for trust, which is why Multichain is using this mechanism to build a new generation of cross-chain interoperability protocols.

They are doing (claiming to do) some insane things as an LSD project.

Liquid Finance is a DeFi project that aims to provide liquidity to the DeFi space through a fractional-reserve model of #FraxFinance.

-- A two-token system of $lqETH and $LIQD enables the project to stabilize the price of lqETH, which can be expanded and contracted.

This happens as minting and redeeming are a part of the Liquid Arbitrage Mechanism (LAM).

The LAM maintains the price stability of lqETH and generates revenue through two types of arbitrage trades.

- LIQD is the protocol token and earns a share of the revenue when staked.

The protocol will collect LPs for lqETH paired with $ETH, $BTC, and $DAI during the Growth Phase to capture MEV from pricing inefficiencies in the wider market and sustain the protocol's revenue indefinitely.

🚀 LIQD can go up in value by earning a share of the protocol's revenue when staked in the staking contract.

These facts make me worried, but

On the positive side it has allegedly been audited by @peckshield.

-- In this section, I have already added many high-IQ trader wallet addresses I have found through several strategies.

You go over to the bookmarked link and scan them.

High IQ traders are hard to find; I find them for you or teach you how to do so with Blooomlabs.

Using DeBankDeFi we can then see what the High IQ traders are doing.

- One token is interesting.

A trader has allocated over 56% of his portfolio to it.

We found a potential token; now it's time to validate it.

Immediately a project comes to mind, #MakerDAO.

-- The biggest DeFi application on Ethereum with the most popular decentralized stablecoin $DAI.

This makes $VSTA more interesting.

Their website shows me that TVL is $21.47m

This means 6X the current market cap!

Using the embedded Tradingview, I can see the recent price action of $VSTA and volume.

I then head over to @GeckoTerminal, which I have embedded into @blooomlabs platform.

I see the price, individual pools and more information!

Now, we head over to Bubblemaps (outside of blooomlabs).

Here we see good and bad things. Vesta Finance team owns 71.4% of the entire token supply in their treasury.

However, Vesta finance has active user over at Balancer.

Centralized supply distribution.

We also know the circulating supply of $VSTA is under 10% of the total supply.

 These factors together immediately make me reconsider buying $VSTA...

2.  You have hear of this before. Diversify your portfolio!

It is key to reducing risk and maximizing gains. Invest in a variety of projects across different sectors and ecosystems.

This will help you weather market volatility and take advantage of opportunities as they arise.

3.  Look for strong tokenomics

A project with strong tokenomics is one that has clear use cases and a strong ecosystem to support it.

— Anything with >50% circulating supply is a risk imo.

Strong tokenomics also mean overall distributed supply with Team >15% of the supply

Look for projects with a strong and active community, a clear roadmap, and a solid team behind it.

This will help you identify projects and trust it with a long-term potential.

4.  Keep an eye on macro market sentiment

— Makro Market sentiment can be a powerful force in Web3 investing.

This is good for determining if a token is under or over-valued.
Absolutely KEY.

Further: How to determine if a token is over or undervalued.

The "Realised Price".

✦ It gives you an average price purchases of the token.
Anything under it is cheap!

Check the NET moving profit & Losses. This gives you the answer.

The Net moving profit & losses give you further insight into when a token is undervalued by checking to find out what percentage of people are at a loss or at a profit in specific price ranges.
