🥇Obsidian @obsdmd - My integrated thinking environment + ideas playground (a.k.a. second brain). For project and task management, and processing all sorts of notes written in Markdown. I constantly refine my vault to suit my needs.

🥈Zotero @zotero - My reference manager where I manage my (ever expanding) reading inbox, and add reading annotations which can be exported to my #obsidianmd vault for further processing. I use these extensions: Better BibTex, ZotFile, Zutilo, Mdnotes for Zotero.
🥉Elicit @elicitorg + Research Rabbit @Rsrchrabbit - Used in combination or separately for literature search. Particularly useful when conducting literature reviews, for finding connections between sources + surfacing relevant sources.
@Rsrchrabbit syncs with @zotero too!
➡️ Mem @memdotai - A self-organising workspace (individual or team). No more folders! Great for quick capture via a desktop shortcut, texts (SMS, Telegram, WhatsApp) and email. Calendar integration (join/start Zoom meetings with a click!) and task management.
