WHAT IS PROJECT X

we are building the best place to trade any coin on any evm chain

but there will soon be 100+ teams trying to build something similar

so why are we different?

our strategy is distribution first defi

we believe tech is becoming commoditized and the real way to win is by innovating on distribution, incentive design and UX

phase 1 = amm dex on hyperevm

amm dexes are very profitable but they are run by incumbents who have become complacent due to a lack of competition.

we want to do to amm dexes what hyperliquid did to perp dexes

phase 2 = evm aggregator

we think the evm ecosystem is the biggest opportunity in crypto, however it lacks one place with a good ux to connect all the chains

we will soon launch an evm aggregator and apply strong incentives + viral marketing to grow it

bonus = hypercore router

we will also launch a hypercore router, which will re-route some orders to hypercore to get our users the cheapest rate possible

this is like if aerodrome (top dex on base) could re-route orders to coinbase

something like this has never been done before and is only possible on hyperliquid

we want to take the marketing approach of memecoins / nfts and apply it to defi

the combination of applying culture, community and virality to a boring but profitable defi industry is exciting to me

we believe we are early to something big and we are doing all this while being 100% self funded

in my humble opinion, there has not been a single meaningful innovation for amm dexes since 2021

amm dexes are very profitable but they are run by incumbents who have become complacent due to a lack of competition.
