Signup
- Visit: drp.li/fwNpj
- Create an account
- Enter:
- Information websites / sources
- Name
- Agent name
- Choose a color
Training Materials
Upload your website URL and any relevant docs that you want your chatbot to be trained upon.
Click on ‘Train now’
Also, go to the advanced tab and add a base prompt suitable for the influencer.
Refine
- Ask your chatbot any question
- See if there are any errors in the answer
- If there is, copy the Q&A.
- Go to Add Skills → FAQ Response → Add FAQ → Paste the Ques and correct answer
Help Chatbot answer
- Click on ‘Add Skills’ and select ‘Escalations’
- Next, Escalations → Add Escalation
- Mention the reason and answer
- Now whenever anyone asks that question, the chatbot will be able to answer
An Avatar
After creating your chatbot:
- Go to Appearance
- Choose Chatbot Avatar
- Upload any image
