To prevent further dissemination of this damaging content, I'm not sharing even a screenshot. <br><br>The video shows a child attempting to elevate one Indian language by negatively criticizing a foreign  language, while the entire audience, adults included, laughs approvingly.<br><br>Strong Condemnation: It is wholly unacceptable and deeply troubling that children are being encouraged to belittle one language to glorify another.<br><br>Language Complexity: A true understanding of languages reveals their inherent complexity, and no one with such understanding would demean one to elevate another.<br><br>Misguided Pride: Arguments like "x language has unique features" only serve to divide us, rather than celebrate linguistic diversity.<br><br>Detrimental Narratives: This kind of divisiveness erodes the principle of 'Vasudeva Kutumbakam'—the belief that the world is one family.<br><br>Test of Inclusiveness: While jokes may sometimes be made in jest, replacing the target with a specific race or religion reveals the underlying biases and is completely unacceptable.<br><br>Adult Accountability: It's disheartening that parents and educators are teaching young minds such toxic viewpoints. Have the correct targets and set the expectation right. Curious children find it easier to learn, read and write.<br><br>It drives them to explore the world around them, which leads to developing skills such as problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking.<br><br>Curiosity is vital for a good and successful life.<br><br>How can you build curiosity in your child?<br><br>Curiosity is a natural human trait that every person is born with. It is a given that not all children will continue to develop their curiosity as they grow up. They ask questions and seek answers from adults around them.<br><br>The ability to ask questions is an essential skill that helps children understand and gain more knowledge about the world around them.<br><br>We, as parents and teachers, and adults may be responsible for them. When we stop them from experimenting when we brush off their questions (for which we do not know the answer or when we scorn them for asking embarrassing questions – we are quelling their curiosity.<br><br>Over time, they stop asking, experimenting, and exploring. RIP events<br><br>Today, physical boundaries have disappeared, and you must think of online and offline engagements that you can have with your customers and prospects.<br><br>Law #2 Th!nk relevance; RIP specifications<br><br>Easier said than done; relevance is what matters. In this age, consumers can find your product specifications on the Internet whenever they want. What is essential is to be relevant to that segment. The rest will follow.<br><br>Law #3 Th!nk qualified leads; RIP event attendees<br><br>Attendees in an event mean nothing. The measure of success for a marketer should be on the 'qualified' leads that sales can pursue. While it is easier to use attendees as a metric, it amounts to nothing if it is not a lead.<br><br>Law #4 Th!nk demand; RIP pipeline<br><br>The current models drive towards pipeline and sales stage. The new models focus on creating demand, where the purchaser constantly moves ahead in the 'buying cycle' because of friends, family, and social media. Pipeline follows.<br><br>Law #5 Th!nk buying stages; RIP sales stages<br><br>Sales stages are today. Today's customers have their own 'buying stages' –realizing the need and being aware of the product to understand what it can do. Think about how you will address the concerns in the buying stages.<br><br>Law #6 Th!nk pain resolution; RIP product feature<br><br>This is a cliché, yet relevant. Pick a newspaper, magazine, or website ad and see the number of marketers that spend millions imposing product features on you. Did you ever care? Focus on WIIFM - What is in it for me?<br><br>Law #7 Th!nk buyer concerns; RIP sales actions<br><br>The largest companies still think and measure sales actions with their sales cadence. Try changing the metric to address buyer concerns by asking questions like if you handled "or" pain, " "secondary" pain, " or "met budget'.<br><br>Law #8 Th!nk available; RIP, reach out!<br><br>Being available is providing the information, support, or service when they want it, where they want it. You must be available when they reach out, not the other way around.<br><br>Law #9 Th!nk social online; RIP exclusive offline<br><br>Being social online is not about having a Facebook account. It means engaging in conversations, solving problems, and being available online when they want it, on the medium they want. <br><br>Law #10 Th! nk byte size message; RIP eight-page collateral<br><br>If you cannot communicate the relevance and connect in 140 characters – forget it. Nowadays, users have a quick look at the headline and, in all probability, read no further. <br><br>Law #11 Th!nk enable and engage; RIP sell and scoot<br><br>Enable your prospects to make the right choice. Be a part of their decision-making process. The days of sell and scoot are long gone and have taken many companies down in the last decade than ever in history.<br><br>Law #12 Th!nk informed decision making; RIP sell at any cost<br><br>Help your prospects with tools and links to better decision-making.
