First, what is your "aha!" moment?
It's that moment when users say "I get it!" and fully understand the value of your product.
If you don't know what that moment is, look at your data.
People pay you right _after_ they've experienced [x] in your product? What is [x] for you?
@roomsteals when user searches, extension uses, or hotel page hits have savings > $100, I hear the "aha!"
I'm working on finding the time it takes to get to that moment today (#buildinpublic), but TTA is a vitally important metric every company should track!
