It takes 2 minutes to find the composition of the ODNI BSEG Group (as of Sep. 2020).
Some fully expected names there:
David Franz (also advisor to EHA), Inglesby, and obviously Baric.
Relman too, and quite a few typical defense / biosecurity related people.

I am not sure why I had to figure out that Baric had a BSEG meeting at the end of January 2020, at which he discussed the real possibility of a research accident.
Not sure too why I am the one who had to fish out the BSEG composition.
