Ya he hablado de qué es el output y el input a la hora de mejorar nuestras habilidades, en resumen:
Input: escuchar y leer, todo aquel material en inglés que es decodificado por nosotros.
Output: Escribir y hablar: todo aquello que nosotros producimos.
Muchos de mis alumnos han descubierto lo obvio, practicar oralmente hará que hablen mejor, pero practicar sin recibir feedback de lo que se dice no es la manera más eficiente de aprender, por eso es que llegan pidiendo un curso basado en Speaking.
Qé hacer cuando nuestros recursos de tiempo y dinero son limitados pero necesitamos seguir subiendo nuestro nivel?

Escribir es la base del desarrollo de cualquier idioma, si somos capaces de organizar nuestras ideas de manera escrita, nuestro cerebro se acostumbrará a patrones de pensamiento y hará más sencillo el proceso de Speaking

1️⃣ Principiante.
Ten en tu mano una fotografía y escribe todo lo que ves, A forest, a lot of trees, a dog, a lake, etc etc. eso aumentará tu vocabulario.
💡 bonus tip: se lo más descriptivo posible, en lugar de: a dog, ve más allá ---> a big black hairy dog.
2️⃣ Básico.
Describe quienes ves en las fotos, con oraciones COMPLETAS!
This is an office. Those are my coworkers. There are some laptops on the table. etc, etc
3️⃣ Básico intermedio
Ahora aumentemos el nivel un poco! Describe lo que están haciendo las personas.
Two guys are looking at the screen. A guy is walking down the stairs.
Sigues mi idea? puedes ir subiendo el nivel ahora hablando de lo que pasó antes de tomar esa foto para hablar del pasado, o de lo que pasará después de tomada la foto para paracticar futuro, inclusive imaginar más y preguntarte qué hubieras cambiado de ese día.
Si bien este ejercicio puede hacerse también de manera oral, el problema es cómo saber si se está haciendo de manera correcta si no hay nadie que te escuche, por eso es que lo recomiendo escrito
