❌ I dismissed the ideas that I knew already existed.

❌ I fell in love with some of the problems and imagined the whole solution upfront.

❌ I thought about every aspect of an idea: business
model, difficulty to execute, technical development, so I eventually ignored it.

So, here's what I started doing instead:

✅ If the idea exists already, I can niche down and offer a feature that the available product doesn't have.

✅ I just need to be passionate about the problem that I want to solve. The users will help determine what features it'll have.

✅ We think of ideas in a raw form and they only start taking shape after the market research and the data collection.
There's no need to complicate the process and think too far into the future.
