Use websites like rezi.ai and resumeworded.com to get help regarding this.

2. Use a clean and simple format.

A cluttered and confusing resume can be a turn-off for hiring managers. It also makes it difficult to read and takes up too much time to go through. You want hiring managers to read as much as possible and then remember you.

3. Highlight your relevant experience and skills.

This is the most important information that hiring managers are looking for, so make sure it's easy to find. A few ideas could be to add a headline right under your name or highlight them as "Top Skills" or something similar.

4. Use action verbs to describe your responsibilities and accomplishments.

The right words could give recruiters a good feeling about your profile. Put real effort into finding these words. This will make your resume more dynamic and engaging.

5. Include quantifiable data to demonstrate your achievements.

Numbers and statistics are a great way to show the impact you've had in past roles.

5.1 Now, what if you don't have such statistics? In that case, you can give estimates. Think how much time you spent on one task and then calculate how many times you have done that, over the course of your employment. Now, repeat this for all your important responsibilities.

6. Use keywords that match the job description.

This will help your resume get past automated screening systems and make it to the hands of a hiring manager.

5. Use images, GIFs, and other media to add visual interest and make the thread more engaging.

Try to find something that drives your thread's main idea. That doesn't mean you can add a picture of your dog... Actually, you can. Everyone loves dogs 🐶

I like to use @typefully but feel free to choose any other tools available online. I use the free plan, but you can upgrade to get cool features like auto-retweet, etc.

7. Preview your thread to ensure that it flows logically and reads well as a single unit.

Share with some of your friends before posting to get their opinions on your thread. @typefully helps out with that too.

8. End the thread with a call to action, such as asking for feedback or encouraging readers to share the thread.

They may never admit it or they may have not realised it, but this might just be a “fear of the unknown”. The unknown is much scarier than what they have. So they choose to settle for a job which is just “fine.” Slowly and steadily that becomes their comfort zone.


"Comfort Zone" often would lead to career stagnation. Now what does stagnation mean here?
In my experience, and if I may borrow from experiences of my friends and past colleagues, there are 4 prominent signals that tells us that our career is stagnating.

🚩1. Doing just enough to fulfil your role and responsibility

If you have been doing just the bare minimum when it comes to you job, then that is your first red flag. A common trait among your successful colleagues is this: They have always done more than what they promised.

🚩2. Not up-skilling yourself

If you have not learned a new skill in the last 3 months, you must do so now! Gone are the days when a person could retire without having to learn anything new. Today, no one can keep doing the exact same tasks and still stay financially strong.

🚩3. Not levelling up with your “playing field”

Each time you graduate from one playing field to the next, your achievements before that loses a lot of its value.

🚩5. Not defining your ambition

If anyone asks you about your ambition and you cannot find an answer, then consider this your final red flag.
Many people say that ambitiousness is something you are born with, that it cannot be learned. Just avoid them and decide your ambition.
