Dear HRs, Your job description should narrow down the particular attributes and professional experience you’re searching for in a candidate. And how can you do it?
By writing a clear and informative job description. → Use a clear job title. → Structure your job description. → Write a detailed task description.
Identify the work; Understand what has to be done, whether it’s a single project or a series of institutions, or an association. To make things easier, divide any effort into smaller assignments or jobs.
Establish clear expectations for what constitutes a completed assignment.
Keep them short and simple; why your company is the best and why you’re changing the world; mention what candidates want to know.
→ What is the role about? → What are the expectations for that role? → Skills and requirements → What is your company about? → Time zone?
