How my self-limiting beliefs hold me back years: 🧵
I’m not a morning person, I can’t write, I can't read, I can’t spell, I can't cook, I can't speak well, I’m stupid, I can’t run, I’m not good enough.
These are just some of the things I have been telling myself for years and years.
I often use my emotions as a basis for limiting my beliefs and I often repeat:
➡️ I can’t meet new people because I’m too depressed and no one will like me.
➡️ I can’t go back to school/college because I’m too embarrassed.
➡️ I can’t have a good relationship because I’m not able to express my feelings.
➡️ I can’t talk to them because they would think I’m weird.
A whole new universe of potential and progress is made available when I changed self-limiting ideas; new positive thoughts created.
Setting up positive affirmations helps me how to get rid of negative ideas and supports a positive outlook.
These 👇 are some of new beliefs and affirmations that I am currently using to change my narrative:
➡️ I am an creative writer.
➡️ I am very confident in my skills and abilities.
➡️ I believe in myself.
➡️ I am good enough.
➡️ I have everything I need within me to be a success.
Change your narrative from I can't to I can; don't stuck between your emotions and what people say. Stop doubting yourself. Stop limiting yourself.
