The emotion which provokes you to accept, acknowledge and appreciate something which is helpful for you and we are thankful to them.
And to accept things with pros and cons. This emotional phenomenon is known as gratitude. There are many beneficial factors in practicing gratitude.

If you appreciate someone then you boost up his confidence, creativity, and mind. In the same way, if we appreciate ourselves for the good things we have done, we feel confident about ourselves.
