OmniFlix NFT Collection Creation Fee Reduced by 4x to 25 FLIX

Big news fam! Proposal #11 has PASSED with flying colors! #OmniFlix NFT 'Collection Creation Fee' is now 25 FLIX, which is 4x lower than the prev. fee 🙌 This fee is only for collection creation and NFT minting incurs 0 fees as always (requires only gas in FLIX).

Points to note: 1) Collection creation fee is paid only once 2) Once created, any number of NFTs can be minted within that collection 3) Other than gas, there's no extra fees incurred when minting NFTs, transferring collections/NFTs, burning NFTs & listing/delisting NFTs
