For folks who were around during the Solana Airdrop Summer in 2021, we printed tens of thousands of dollars and some hundreds of thousands from major Airdrops like $COPE, $SAMO, $SOLAPE, $SAIL, $ORCA, $FTR, $LLAMA, $CATO, and many others.

Was a real bull if you asked me, and the money made from the airdrop season back then was enough to get you a nice house in downtown Texas with a pretty cool Tesla.




Now I'm not just here to talk about how much we made back then, but to point your attention to possible ways to make money with the current hype on Arbitrum. Whilst ensuring you avoid hacks and possible scams as much as possible.

We used about the Arbitrum ecosystem for about 18 months on an average (for most folks in the game since 2021) before we got the Airdrop. And shortly after this, we had AIDOGE which poses to be a similarcrum of the BONK airdrop we got on Solana in December last year.

What does this mean? It means multiple projects would want to use this same tactic that $COPE used for its holders back then in 2021, making em eligible for many protocol airdrops back then.

We've had this already with $AIDOGE, $AISHIB as well as $REKT, and with these already, many folks have made at least $500 to $1k and we're just starting out.

A better way to capitalize on this is by buying early into these projects as the airdrop worth is usually small within the first few hours of launch. Folks have made 20x, 30x and more from following this strategy, but do plan out yours properly before doing so.

Now you must understand that we've got a lot of dishonest devs who are hackers in disguise that might try to make use of this to get access to your wallets. It's happened before and it'll happen again.

How can you avoid this? Be a frequent user of revoke.cash. And if possible, make your Arbirtrum wallet a multisig if it's your main wallet

Revoking smart contracts doesn't make you 100% hack proof you know, so I'd just suggest you move your assets from the wallets that qualified for the Arbitrum Airdrop and use em just for claiming your weekly incentives from different protocols that might want to give an airdrop.

Apart from this, you might want to get yourself a ledger wallet for just $50 to keep your assets safe which is a safer way for you to secure you wallet.

A thread on how to maximise the current meme run whilst avoiding rugs



Following $PEPE, $AIDOGE, $ROPE and a couple of other tokens that have made folks thousands of dollars in the past few days, almost every one on Crypto Twitter rn is trying to capitalize on the meme run, milkimg the bag.





Here's a step by step guide on how to get your wallet funded, spot early gems and a bit on how to dyor to avoid buying fake tokens. While u're trying to make money, there's always someone out there planning a rug or honeypot. And you don't wanna be on the wrong end of the circle

First things first - getting your wallet funded. I use Binance as my main Centralized exchange as the P2P system is very Seamless if I want to buy Crypto with Fiat. You can also use a card to purchase Crypto, but I use Bank Transfers via P2P more often.

After buying some USDT on P2P, the funds will be on ur Funding wallet and you will have to transfer to your Spot Wallet before you can withdraw to a Decentralized Wallet like Metamask, Zerion or Trust Wallet

For Mobile, I use Zerion as this is quite fast and it's also got a good asset management UI.

For PC, the Metamask web extension is the best.

Next up is understanding the networks or blockchains you want to trade on. Most of the hype is on Arbitrum, Eth Mainnet as well as BSC. And all you need do is connect your PC wallet to Chainlist.org to add these networks before you start trading.

Zerion Mobile already does this for you so you need not stress yourself for mobile users

After getting your wallet setup, convert all your funds on Binance to Eth (for trades on Eth Mainnet, Arbitrum or Optimism) or BNB (for trades on Binance Smart Chain).



This is because you'll need these native coins to pay for gas and enter trades. Most trades are paired with the native coins of these blockchains instead of usdt. It makes more sense to have a PEPE/ETH liquidity pool.

When it comes to spotting gems on any ecosystem, here are a few things I do consider:

→ The current meta trending across different socials

→ The seriousness of the team towards building the project

→ How acceptable the project's utility is to the general public

As an everyday trader, you can't make profit by going against popular opinion, what you should do instead is find out what is being discussed often in closed alpha groups and buy-in on them while it's yet to gain so much mainstream attention.

When it comes to testnets, building you volume mught not be that important as what is required is stresstesting the dapps to ensure they run at max cap to fish out bugs, but it won't be bad if you can do as many transactions as you can.
