Tomorrow, Tuesday 4th April we will be migrating to a new cloud service provider! This will be taking place from 2300hrs (GMT+3) and here's everything you need to know ℹ️
↓ First, you will have to download your application data from your dashboard for future reference. This will be because after the migration, we will note be transferring your app dashboard data. To learn how to do so, check out this video here: youtu.be/juEviCcAuj4
↩ You will also set up callback URLs and ensure it points to a storage database. This will ensure you access all your interactions with our APIs as it happens. Here's a video guide to set up your callback URLs: youtu.be/eJPAsgYpj_s
After setting up your Callback URLs, you may whitelist our new source IP addresses as the old ones will be replace after the migration. Reach out to us on info@africastalking.com and we will share the new IP addresses.
You do not need to make any updates or modifications to your code to accommodate the switch. The current pricing plan and features remain as is after the switch.
Lastly, sit back, relax and rest assured that the impact on your operations will be minimal to none.
