Hackathons are great ways to find emerging trends.
ETHTokyo had no shortage of that.
Here are 5 interesting hackathon projects spotted from ETHTokyo, in under 5 minutes.
🧵👇
1️⃣ Buidl - Wallet SDK
Buidl is a wallet creation tool that allows users to design and customize their own wallets using popular libraries and the ERC4337 standard.
It offers an intuitive, plug-and-play interface for wallet customization.
ERC-4337 allows for social recovery of crypto wallets, biometric authentication of transactions, and the ability to store private keys on smartphone
Users can configure their wallets with various libraries, such as Push and AAVE, for features like notifications.
Buidl's backend generates a smart account. Users can then deploy their custom wallets, which are compatible with any account abstraction wallet, like Argent.
Prizes:
1. Push Protocol- Share of $2,000
(Pool prize for Top 10 projects)
2. Polygon - Share of $5,000
(Requires deploying smart contract on Polygon)
2️⃣ Axel
Axel is an on-chain marketplace that allows developers to list and monetize their SaaS products, providing a fair and transparent platform for both developers and users.
Their smart contracts are deployed on Scroll, leveraging zk proofs.
Prizes:
1. Scroll - Share of $5,000
(Deploy on Scroll: Requires changing RPC & deploying on Scroll Alpha testnet on Goerlli)
2. Polygon - Share of $5,000
(Requires deploying smart contract on Polygon)
3️⃣ XA^2
XA^2 is a Chain and Account Abstraction solution designed to make any dApp cross-chain enabled.
It uses Modular Contracts to expand DApps' utility across multiple chains, offering greater flexibility and a superior user experience.
4️⃣ ZK Governance
Uses ZK verification to allow governance participants to vote anonymously.
It uses Worldcoin ID's "humanless verification" to prove the humaness of users and weed out bots and bad actors
Prize:
Worldcoin - Share of $3,000
5️⃣ Blockhead
Blockhead is a portfolio tracker, similar to DeBank, but at every hackathon they add new features and integrations.
At ETHTokyo, they added a Lens profile lookup with support for additional chains like Polygon zkEVM, Scroll
Prizes:
1. Scroll - Share of $5,000
(Deploy on Scroll: Requires changing RPC & deploying on Scroll Alpha testnet on Goerlli)
2. Quantstamp - $2,500
(Best Use Case)
3. Polygon - Share of $5,000
(Requires deploying smart contract on Polygon)
